Staff Officer
As a Staff Officer, you will be a vital part of a successful team at a unit experiencing strong growth. Together with competent and engaged colleagues, you will take on responsibility, development, and challenges. All this within an organization that encourages work-life balance and good health.
We are currently looking for a Staff Officer for our department, which is responsible for training, exercises, and drills within the unit.
Main Responsibilities
As a Staff Officer, you are responsible for planning and conducting training, exercises, and drills within the unit. You will also be responsible for following up on completed activities and evaluating them using the "Lessons Learned" method.

Qualifications
- Officer or Specialist Officer education/degree (OF3 or SO7–8)
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Good computer skills
- Driver’s license, class B (manual transmission)
- Swedish Armed Forces Physical Standard Basic Level
Meritorious Experience
- Experience in planning, leading, and evaluating joint defense exercises
- Experience with case-based and process-based work methods
- Experience in exercise planning at the OrgE level
- National experience in staff work within a staff environment
- International experience in a staff environment
